Mike came out quickly, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made the measurements quickly and helped make a plan for how to make the privacy fence work for our patio. When I had some ideas to customize the fence, he stayed in contact and scheduled with me to come back for a second estimate. He and his partner worked through the logistics, and wrote me a second estimate for the custom features. The crew of two came out and completed the project in one afternoon. Extremely happy with the result. I am very nervous on House projects, as I have had bad experiences in the past. Pro Vinyl has exceeded my expectations. Starting with Jasmine in the office who I know I drove crazy with lots of questions and she patiently answered all of them. The installer was Chris and he was a one man machine, doing a fantastic job in every way. It was not the biggest project but it has made a HUGE difference and I could not be happier with the results.
