Amazing and extremely smooth experience. Our wall came down on Saturday, and our new vinyl fencing (70ft) is up on Friday the following week. This includes removal of heavy/ dense ivy, demo of existing concrete wall, cleanup and then installation of new wall. All in one day! David (initial measurement/consultation), Axel (demo/cleanup) & Har (installation) are so professional and hard working! I’ll recommend these guys 100 %!

Arsen and his team did an awesome job making and installing a beautiful white vinyl enclosure for our trash area! It now looks 1000 % better! I am so sorry I did not find him before this. Pro Vinyl Fencing is amazing. They replaced our fence and gate in our backyard and our neighbor’s gate. It all looks a 1,000 times better!! They were timely, professional, thorough, and communicative. David who did the installation of the two gates skillfully installed them. Explained how the locks worked. I asked him to make adjust the closing mechanism and he did and also showed me how to make the adjustment if needed in the future.

IMPORTANT: Custom fence panels, posts, gates, stiffeners and additional products cannot be returned as they are made-to-order. See full list of non-returnable items in our complete Return Policy before ordering.
Fence accessories may be returned within 30 days with RMA authorization and are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
To return eligible accessories, contact us at 844-744-0707 or sales@provinylfencing.com within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and documentation. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective or incorrectly shipped items will be replaced or refunded at no charge when reported within 48 hours of delivery. For complete return policy details, including California Civil Code compliance and all terms and conditions, please view our full Return and Refund Policy on our website.
Shipping Policy
We deliver across LA County and nearby counties (Orange, Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino). Processing lead times: 1-10 panels (1-3 business days), 11-50 panels (5-7 business days), 51-100 panels (10-14 business days), 100+ panels (custom timeline). Large orders 500+ panels available throughout California.
Shipping costs calculated individually per order based on size and delivery location at market rates with no markup. Our drivers typically assist with unloading but customer responsible for receiving delivery. Inspect panels immediately upon arrival and report any damage within 24 hours to 844-744-0707.
Pickup Policy
Free pickup available at our Burbank facility located at 2070 Floyd St. during business hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, Saturday 10am-2pm, Sunday closed. Payment must be completed before fabrication begins. You’ll receive pickup notification when your custom panels are ready for collection at our location.
Bring valid ID and order confirmation for your pickup appointment. Thoroughly inspect all panels before leaving our facility and sign pickup receipt confirming condition. Contact us at 844-744-0707 for pickup scheduling and additional details. Ensure you have adequate transportation capacity for your complete panel order.
