Meet the Team Behind Your Vinyl and Aluminum Fence
Behind your new fence stands a real, named local crew you can meet, look up, and hold to their word before you sign a thing.
That crew works for one licensed company that installs and custom-builds fences in both vinyl and aluminum, so the choice in front of you is simply which material suits your yard and your budget. Homeowners have rated that work a full 5.0 across hundreds of reviews since 2018.
The People Who Build and Stand Behind Your New Fence
Our People
The people you deal with are a small team: a founder, a chief engineer who runs the shop and the field, three senior salespeople who run on-site estimates, and the operations and office crew who keep things moving. Between them they know both materials cold, and usually they are the same voices you get when you call.
Artur Mnatsakanyan is the founder and CEO of Pro Vinyl and Aluminum Fencing, with more than 10 years in the fencing industry. He knows every vinyl and aluminum style the company builds, and he writes about choosing between them: materials, colors, and what really drives the cost.
Jasmine Shakherimyan co-founded Pro Vinyl and Aluminum Fencing and manages its human resources and accounting. With more than 10 years in the fencing industry, she is the first voice most customers hear, and she writes about pricing, permits, and the questions homeowners ask before they choose a fence.
Greg Barseghyan is the Head of Marketing at Pro Vinyl and Aluminum Fencing, where he has spent more than six years. A digital marketer by profession, he writes about where fence design is heading, what a project is really worth, and how to choose a contractor without getting burned.
Nairi Oganesian is a Senior Salesperson at Pro Vinyl and Aluminum Fencing and the most technical mind on the sales team. Fluent in both vinyl and aluminum, he writes about how fences work: construction, hardware, specifications, and the details that decide how long one lasts.
Narek Oganesian is the CRM and Operations Manager at Pro Vinyl and Aluminum Fencing. A digital specialist, he runs the systems that carry a project from the first call through to the final walkthrough, and keeps the office technology behind them running.
Mayis Hovhannisyan is the Chief Engineer at Pro Vinyl and Aluminum Fencing, leading fabrication and installation since 2018 with more than 10 years in the fencing industry. He writes about how fences are really built: site prep, posts and footings, sloped ground, and custom fabrication.
Mikayel Nazaryan is a Senior Salesperson at Pro Vinyl and Aluminum Fencing and its aluminum specialist, trained on the SleekFence product line. With six years of on-site estimates behind him, he writes about aluminum fencing, gates, and what actually happens when someone comes out to measure.
Davit Manukyan is a Senior Salesperson at Pro Vinyl and Aluminum Fencing and its leading vinyl consultant. With the company since 2018 and more than 10 years in the fencing industry, he writes about vinyl styles, materials, and matching a fence to the house it belongs to.

Our Service Areas
Serving Every Neighborhood Across Greater Los Angeles and Ventura County
Where We Work
Greater Los Angeles is where the company started and where most of its work still happens, from the San Fernando Valley to the coast and across Ventura County. The same crews, the same vinyl and aluminum, the same custom fabrication, and the same warranties reach every one of those neighborhoods.
Serving Homeowners and Businesses Across the San Francisco Bay Area
Where We Work
Up in the San Francisco Bay Area, homeowners and businesses get the exact company everyone else does: trained crews, in-house custom fabrication, and the written warranties that back every build. An East Bay hillside or a flat Peninsula lot, it makes no difference to the standard the crews work to.
Pro Vinyl and Aluminum Fencing has grown since 2018 into one of Los Angeles’ busiest fence companies, built on a simple idea: do both materials, and do them well.
One Source, Both Materials
The company wears three hats at once. It installs finished vinyl and aluminum fences, fabricates custom pieces in its own shop when a job calls for a nonstandard height or shape, and supplies both materials wholesale. Three trades that usually live in three separate companies sit inside this one.
For a homeowner it means one company for the whole job, materials included. For a contractor or a property manager, it means a single wholesale source that also knows how the fence goes together in the field.
None of that existed at the start. Strip away the second market and the aluminum line, and you are back in 2018, with one founder, one material, and a hunch about what Los Angeles wanted.
Where It All Started, Back in 2018
It began in 2018 with Artur Mnatsakanyan and a small office. He watched Los Angeles homeowners move toward vinyl, the cleaner, more modern look taking over from wood and chain link, and saw a market no one was serving well. So he started a company to do it.
His bet was not on price. It was on service. Artur figured fence buyers were frustrated less by fences than by everything else: unreturned calls, vague quotes, crews that vanished after the deposit. He built the company to be the opposite: answer the phone, explain the options, stand behind the work.
Word spread and the calls kept coming, and the small office stopped being big enough. The company moved into a larger space and kept hiring, its install crew growing from a handful to somewhere between six and ten in the field. How it treated the people who called never changed.
Growing Into a Two-Material, Two-Market Company
Custom fabrication became a core strength, letting the crews match heights and shapes stock panels never could. In 2026 aluminum joined vinyl, giving homeowners a modern, premium option too.
That same year it opened a second office in the San Francisco Bay Area. One company, two markets now. Today it works across both regions in vinyl and aluminum, and backs every job with a transferable limited lifetime warranty on vinyl and its own five-year workmanship warranty.
Customer Reviews
They do great work. My wall topper blew off after the recent big winds we had and I found David online. I called him, he came out, he gave me a quick, affordable price, and the work was complete 4 days later. Easy peasy. Don’t bother looking elsewhere, this is your guy.
