Frequently Asked Questions

Fences

How do I know which fencing service I need?

Start with the job, not the product. Want privacy or a wind block? A vinyl fence. Want to see through to a pool or a view? Aluminum.

Need height on a wall or shade on a patio? A topper or a patio cover. Tell us what you are solving and we will route you to the right service, or sort it on a visit.

Can you build custom heights and sizes?

Yes. Because we fabricate in our own shop, custom heights and odd sizes are routine, well beyond the standard six feet.

Taller or street-facing runs can trigger a local height or permit rule that varies by city, so it is worth confirming with your building department before we sign.

Will these fences hold up to sun and wind?

Yes. Vinyl will not warp, rot, or yellow, and its color runs right through, so it holds in full sun.

For windy lots we build with metal inserts: vinyl outside, metal inside, so the fence keeps its strength. Aluminum is powder-coated against rust, though its warranty does not cover coastal salt air.

What warranty covers the installation work itself?

Two warranties cover a job. Our five-year workmanship warranty backs the labor: the posts, panels, and hardware we set.

Vinyl carries a transferable limited lifetime warranty; aluminum carries 20 years on the material, 10 on the coating, and 2 on the steel parts. Both come in writing.

Do you give free estimates on fences?

Always. Every estimate is free, with no obligation and no pressure to sign. Reach out and we respond the same business day, then set up a short visit to measure your yard and talk through options.

If budget is the concern, we also offer financing through Synchrony with zero money down.

Do you take on small jobs, or only full installs?

We do. A single gate, one short run, a repair, or a few panels to match an existing fence are all welcome, not just full-yard installs.

Small jobs get the same crew, materials, and warranty as a big one. If it is built in vinyl or aluminum, it is worth a call, and the estimate is free.

Can one company do the fence, gates, and toppers?

Yes, and that is the point of one company for the whole yard. The same crew builds your fence, hangs a matching gate, tops a block wall, and raises a patio cover, all in coordinated material and color on one schedule.

You get one contract and one point of contact instead of juggling separate trades.

What warranty comes with vinyl or aluminum?

Vinyl comes with a transferable limited lifetime warranty, so the coverage can pass to the next owner of your home.

Aluminum is covered for 20 years on the material, 10 on the finish, and 2 on the steel parts. On top of either one, we add our own five-year workmanship warranty on the installation.

How long does it take to install a fence?

Most residential fences go in within a day or two once the materials are on hand.

The real timeline depends on the length of the run, the number of gates, and the ground we are working with. After a quick site visit we give you a firm schedule, not a guess.

Should I choose vinyl or a wood fence?

It depends on what you want. Wood looks beautiful and costs less at first, but it needs staining and repair over the years to hold up.

Vinyl needs almost no upkeep, never needs paint, and holds its look far longer, though it costs more up front. Neither is wrong, and we will walk you through both.

Fences

What fence styles and colors can I choose?

Plenty. Across vinyl and aluminum you can choose from more than ten colors and as many styles, from solid privacy to semi-privacy, picket, ranch rail, and modern flat-top panels.

Heights run past the standard six feet when your yard calls for it. Just ask us to bring samples to your estimate.

Can I buy the panels without install?

Yes. Homeowners and contractors both buy panels straight from us, with no install required. Pick your styles, colors, and heights, then take them home or have them delivered.

Prices stay off the page because the real number depends on footage, height, style, and gates, so the estimate is free.

Do you deliver panels, or can I pick up?

Both. Pick up your order at our Burbank yard on Floyd Street, open Monday through Saturday, 8 to 8, and closed Sunday.

Or take local delivery across the service area. Tell us which one works when you request the quote, and we'll have everything staged and ready.

Do vinyl fence panels last for decades?

They do. In windy spots we run galvanized metal inserts through the rails and boards: vinyl on the outside, metal inside, which takes any realistic wind this area gets.

The material doesn't rot, rust, or need paint, so a vinyl fence lasts decades with nothing more than a rinse twice a year.

Can I install the fence panels myself?

You can, if you're handy with a level and a saw. What professional install buys you is plumb posts set in concrete, straight lines across the run, and a 5-year workmanship warranty on the setup.

Order the panels alone, or have the same crew that fabricates them put them in.

What warranty comes with the panels?

Two. The vinyl material carries a transferable limited lifetime warranty against rot, cracking, and abnormal fading, and we add our own 5-year workmanship warranty on the install.

Buy the panels on their own and the material warranty still stands.
