It all was made up by her steadfast composure as I expressed frustration during a problem that was totally out of her control. I recently had a side gate installed by Pro Vinyl Fencing (PVF) and I absolutely appreciate their professionalism throughout the process. I primarily communicated with Arsen. He provided a same-day quote. Their quote was the most competitive with the earliest installation time. Regarding the installation, there was a mix-up with the schedule and and installation but PVF took full responsibility and guaranteed customer satisfaction. The material and workmanship comes with warranty and their customer focused business leaves me very confident in their service. I will be recommending PVF to all my friends and family.

Pro Vinyl Fencing was excellent! Kevin, our point person, was quick to respond, took his time with us, answered every single question we had and saw the project through to the end. The turn around for fabrication and installation was much quicker than we expected and the installers were skilled, quick and always showed up on time. Extremely happy with Pro Vinyl Fencing. We requested quotes to replace our 18-unit condo complex’s patio fences, and they made the process easy from start to finish. They provided quotes to each individual unit, discussed fencing options and modifications, and had their installation team out in a matter of days to start. Their installer, Vardges, was extremely friendly, showed up on time for both installation days and was very communicative throughout the process. Him and his crew were very quick and efficient, and made sure everything was clean and tidy before they concluded their work.
