Today marked my second Pro Vinyl Fencing experience. Jasmine’s scheduling and customer service skills are top notch. Har, was today’s installer. He was swift, efficient, and highly professional. I spent today gardening and planting new plants when I got a text from Jasmine saying there is availability today. I was still gardening when Har arrived. No joke, Har finished with my fence before I wrapped up my gardening for the day. Not sure how that is possible since he did the install himself. Literally Superman! He does not waste time. Mike came out quickly, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made the measurements quickly and helped make a plan for how to make the privacy fence work for our patio. When I had some ideas to customize the fence, he stayed in contact and scheduled with me to come back for a second estimate. He and his partner worked through the logistics, and wrote me a second estimate for the custom features. The crew of two came out and completed the project in one afternoon.
