ProVinylFencing™ offers both local pickup and delivery services for our custom vinyl fence panels. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery areas, pickup options, and your responsibilities to ensure a smooth transaction.
All orders require payment before fabrication begins. We do not currently accept online payments – all payments must be completed at our facility or by approved methods before production starts.

Extended Service Area:
- Other California locations for large orders (500+ panels)

Service Limitations:
- We do not ship outside of California
- Remote or hard-to-access locations may require additional fees
- Commercial addresses may qualify for reduced delivery charges

Our processing times are based on order size and panel specifications:

Transportation
We use our own delivery trucks and U-Haul vehicles to ensure proper handling of your vinyl fence panels.

Delivery Responsibilities
ProVinylFencing™ Responsibilities:
- Deliver panels in good condition to agreed location
- Provide advance notice of delivery
- Assist with basic unloading when possible
Customer Responsibilities:
- Be available at scheduled delivery time
- Provide clear access for delivery vehicle
- Have adequate help for unloading if needed
- Inspect delivery immediately upon arrival
- Note any damage on delivery receipt before driver departure

Pickup Requirements
- Payment: Must be completed before pickup
- Identification: Valid photo ID required
- Vehicle: Ensure adequate transportation for your order
- Inspection: Thoroughly check panels before departure
Damage and Claims
Immediate Inspection Required
- Delivery: Inspect all panels immediately upon delivery
- Pickup: Inspect all panels before leaving our facility
- Reporting Window: Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery/pickup
Damage Reporting Process
Step 1: Document Damage
- Take clear photos of damaged panels from multiple angles
- Note specific damage on delivery receipt or pickup documentation
- Do not discard damaged packaging materials
Step 2: Contact ProVinylFencing™

- Email sales@provinylfencing.com with photos and description
- Provide order number and delivery/pickup date
Step 3: Freight Claims Process
- For delivery damage: We will assist you with carrier claims process
- Customer is ultimately responsible for freight damage claims
- Keep damaged panels available for carrier inspection if requested
- Follow carrier’s claims procedures and timelines
Damage Prevention
- Ensure adequate help is available for unloading
- Handle panels carefully during transport and storage
- Store panels in dry, secure location until installation
- Use proper lifting techniques to prevent injury and damage
California Compliance
This policy complies with California Department of Tax and Fee Administration regulations regarding shipping and handling charges. Separately stated shipping charges are calculated at actual cost with no markup from ProVinylFencing™.
Payment Requirements
Payment Before Fabrication
- No Production Without Payment: Orders will not enter production until payment is received
- Payment Methods:
- In-person at our Burbank facility
- Approved payment methods (contact for details)
- Note: Online payment processing not currently available
Order Modifications
- Changes to orders may affect lead times and costs
- Contact us immediately if modifications are needed
- Additional charges may apply for order changes after production begins
Force Majeure
ProVinylFencing™ is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Government actions or regulations
- Labor strikes or disputes
- Material supply shortages
- Transportation carrier delays
In such cases, we will notify customers as soon as possible and work to minimize delays.
