Had a great experience with them. They came in under expected costs and under expected time. Removed old wooden fence and installed 130′ of new vinyl fence in a day and a half- extremely fast. They were able to start within a week from first contact. Kevin came out for the site survey and was knowledgeable and professional. Jasmine was extremely easy to work with and accommodating. Carlos and Alfredo were thorough and professional in their installation. Thanks for a great experience!

Michael is the G.O.A.T. when it comes to fencing. Pro Vinyl Fencing was not only one of the cheapest but also best quality material used. Do not go with a sub contractor, they use overseas material that will warp and/or turn color after a few years. Pro Vinyl removed the old and installed the new fence in one day. Highly recommend these guys.

Artur, Harut, and the rest of the crew are absolutely amazing! Prices are great compared to other quotes I got too. Their number 1 priority is to make sure the customer is happy, and the work gets done in the most efficient and professional manner possible. One might think Harut is a ninja if you observe the speed and quality work he does. They just completed our home project, and my wife and I couldn’t be any happier. They worked with all of our preferences the entire way. If they say something, they do it. If they say they will be at your job site at a certain day and time, they will be there. IMPORTANT: Custom fence panels, posts, gates, stiffeners and additional products cannot be returned as they are made-to-order. See full list of non-returnable items in our complete Return Policy before ordering.

Fence accessories may be returned within 30 days with RMA authorization and are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

To return eligible accessories, contact us at 844-744-0707 or sales@provinylfencing.com within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and documentation. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or incorrectly shipped items will be replaced or refunded at no charge when reported within 48 hours of delivery. For complete return policy details, including California Civil Code compliance and all terms and conditions, please view our full Return and Refund Policy on our website.

Pickup & Shipping

Shipping Policy

We deliver across LA County and nearby counties (Orange, Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino). Processing lead times: 1-10 panels (1-3 business days), 11-50 panels (5-7 business days), 51-100 panels (10-14 business days), 100+ panels (custom timeline). Large orders 500+ panels available throughout California.

Shipping costs calculated individually per order based on size and delivery location at market rates with no markup. Our drivers typically assist with unloading but customer responsible for receiving delivery. Inspect panels immediately upon arrival and report any damage within 24 hours to 844-744-0707.

Pickup Policy

Free pickup available at our Burbank facility located at 2070 Floyd St. during business hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, Saturday 10am-2pm, Sunday closed. Payment must be completed before fabrication begins. You’ll receive pickup notification when your custom panels are ready for collection at our location.

Bring valid ID and order confirmation for your pickup appointment. Thoroughly inspect all panels before leaving our facility and sign pickup receipt confirming condition. Contact us at 844-744-0707 for pickup scheduling and additional details. Ensure you have adequate transportation capacity for your complete panel order.
