White Picket Entry, Pacoima

This Pacoima property had an open front yard, with no fence marking where the lawn ended and the driveway began. There was nothing defining the entry to the property from the street.

Our crew installed a white vertical vinyl picket fence with a double gate to close that gap. The fence posts follow the soil and lawn border, while the gate posts sit on the concrete at the driveway edge, so the layout matches the two different surfaces it runs across.

With the fence and double gate in place, the front yard now reads as a defined entry rather than an open lot, with the driveway clearly separated from the lawn.
