Chief Engineer
Mayis Hovhannisyan is the Chief Engineer at Pro Vinyl and Aluminum Fencing. He has led both fabrication and installation since the company opened in 2018, with more than 10 years in the fencing industry behind him.
Every fence the company builds passes through his hands twice. First in the shop, where custom panels, gates and wall toppers are fabricated to the drawings, and then in the field, where he holds the crews to the contract and to the measurements. One customer put it plainly: “absolutely detail oriented with the install of the job.”
