Narek Oganesian is the CRM and Operations Manager at Pro Vinyl and Aluminum Fencing. A digital specialist, he has been with the company for more than two years.

He runs the systems the rest of the team works inside: the CRM that follows a project from the first call to the final walkthrough, the records that keep schedules and follow-ups from slipping, and the office technology holding all of it together.

The work is invisible from the outside, which is rather the point. When a callback lands on time and nothing gets lost between the estimate and the install date, that is his part of the job done well.
