Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Pro Vinyl, I started out with David as my sales associate. He was such a nice person, very accommodating and explained everything to me. Then I had my install date, which happened without any issues. The workers came, and they were extremely hard-working. Worked all day. I had installed a very large double gate, and also three very large privacy panels in my backyard to block out some of my neighbors view. I chose a very dark brown. I believe it was called sequoia. It is very beautiful and has Wood grain. look to it. I am extremely pleased. My installer was Har extremely nice, very professional and just an all-around good person, everything went off like it was supposed to, and I couldn’t be happier with the end product. If you were looking for quality gates and professional, installers and sales people, I would go with Pro Vinyl, you’ll be really happy. Thank you to Jasmine as well in the office!

Long story short, I got quotes from 5 different companies and Pro Vinyl was the best price I got… I am not talking couple hundred dollars but almost couple thousand less. Kevin was great consultant, he knows about the city regulations etc.. He was professional, knows his stuff and he is not just there to sell. I told Kevin that I need this project ASAP. I made 10% down-payment on Monday and the fence was installed today in less than a week.. compared to other companies with 4 to 8 weeks wait time.. Pro Vinyl has multiple teams that go out and install every day. Speaking of the team, I got Avo and Arthur today. Great team, down to earth, friendly, above all they work hard. One thing Avo had mentioned to me, you got to love what you do. I saw the passion he has in installing those vinyls… making sure every panel is balanced. Avo and Arthur were simply amazing team. Highly recommend ProVinyl guys.

We wanted to replace a side gate and add a fence topper in our backyard for added privacy.
