Vinyl Fencing Across Los Angeles

Vinyl is our budget-friendly line, and it covers most of what a home fence needs: privacy, curb appeal, and a look that holds up in the sun without paint or upkeep. Across Greater Los Angeles, pick from a full range of styles and 14 colors.

  • Privacy and semi-privacy panels, from a full screen to a spaced board that keeps some airflow.
  • Picket, ranch rail, and lattice-top styles for a lighter, decorative line.
  • Pool fencing, gates, wall toppers, and patio covers, too.
  • 14 colors in three families, including woodgrain tones that read like wood.

In windy spots we usually run a hidden galvanized-steel insert, so a vinyl-looking fence takes any realistic wind this area gets. And we build custom heights from 2 to 8 feet, so the jobs other crews skip are the ones we want. Every vinyl fence carries a transferable limited lifetime warranty, plus our own 5-year workmanship warranty. Explore the vinyl styles below.

Aluminum Fencing Across Los Angeles

Aluminum is our premium line: modern, architectural, and built to shrug off weather without rust or repaint. It suits anyone who wants a crisp look that lasts.

  • Clean-lined styles from full privacy to open picket, in powder-coated finishes.
  • Pool-area fencing with the contemporary styling a finished yard calls for.
  • Driveway, single, and rolling gates, welded and automation-ready.
  • Residential and commercial grades.

Aluminum builds to custom heights from 2 to 12 feet, with 6 feet the usual pick. Its wind engineering runs well above what most LA sites see, and the material is backed by a 20-year warranty on the aluminum, 10 on the coating, 2 on steel components, plus our own 5-year workmanship warranty. A documented cleaning twice a year keeps it valid. Explore the aluminum styles below.

Why Los Angeles Homeowners Choose Us

Why Choose Us

You get both vinyl and aluminum, built to the height, style, and site your project needs, with custom runs from 2 to 12 feet. That range, backed by real local proof, tends to be why LA homeowners bring us the jobs that have to fit just right.

Since 2018, we’ve finished 2,000+ projects and installed over 100,000 feet of fence for 800+ clients. You get warranties most contractors skip, honest cost factors up front, and a free, no-pressure estimate.

  • Vinyl and Aluminum Experts

A crew usually specializes in one material. You get both vinyl and aluminum from us, chosen by budget and look, not by what we stock.

  • Built to Take LA Wind

LA design wind runs roughly 95 to 105 mph, and our hidden galvanized-steel insert means a vinyl-looking fence takes the wind this area gets.

  • Heights Others Won't Build

Vinyl runs 2 to 8 feet, aluminum 2 to 12, custom to your run. Small jobs and odd heights other crews turn down? Those are the ones we want.

  • Warranties You Can Keep

Vinyl carries a transferable limited lifetime warranty. Aluminum gets 20/10/2-year manufacturer terms, and our workmanship adds 5 years.

  • Local and Established

Run from our Burbank office, our crew belongs to the American Fence Association and has served Greater LA and Ventura since 2018.

  • Proof You Can Check

The record is public: a 5.0 rating with 500+ five-star reviews, plus 2,000+ finished projects and 100,000+ feet of fence installed.

  • Honest, No-Pressure Quotes

A ballpark over the phone is fine, but a real number takes a visit. You get the cost factors up front, a firm written estimate, and no pressure.

  • Low Maintenance by Design

Vinyl never rots or needs paint, and powder-coated aluminum shrugs off rust. Install once, rinse twice a year, and you’re done.

  • Vic and David did a great job with scheduling and installing new fencing. My only complaint is that I didn’t receive a text when they were on their way and since they arrived earlier than anticipated I wasn’t at home. Otherwise it has been great working with them.

How Your Fence Project Comes Together

How It Works

Every fence follows the same four steps, from first call to warranty. It starts with a free on-site estimate, moves to a written scope and quote, then a clean install, and ends with the warranty handed to you. You always know what’s next.

The cost conversation happens early, in plain terms, so nothing about the job surprises you once we start.

  1. Free On-Site Estimate

A ballpark comes over the phone, and a firm number takes a free on-site visit where we check your height and layout.

  2. Clear Written Contract

You get the scope, timeline, and both warranties in writing before anyone starts. No surprises, no pressure to sign.

  3. Clean, Quality Install

The crew removes your old fence, sets the footings, builds to size, and cleans up. Many installs finish in a day.

  4. Warranty and Aftercare

We register your warranty, hand you the transferable coverage, and explain the cleaning that keeps it valid.

Los Angeles Fence Rules, Permits, and Codes

How Tall Can a Fence Be in Los Angeles?

In most of Los Angeles, a side or rear fence can reach 6 feet, or 8 feet on a lot at least 40 feet wide and off a hillside. Front-yard fences stay near 3.5 feet, measured from the ground to the highest point, so a lattice or picket cap counts. When zoning allows, our custom heights take you past the standard 6 feet.

Who Pays for a Shared Boundary Fence in California?

Under California’s Good Neighbor Fence Act, Civil Code section 841, adjoining owners are presumed to share the reasonable cost of a boundary fence equally. The law asks for 30 days’ written notice to your neighbor before you spend. That presumption can be rebutted if an equal split is unjust, and real disputes go to small claims. It is also the law people mean by a new California fence law, unchanged for years.

Pool Fences and Safety Code

Fencing a pool raises the bar. California’s pool safety code calls for a barrier at least 60 inches tall, no gaps a small child could slip through, and self-latching gates that swing away from the water. New or remodeled pools also need at least two of the state’s seven drowning-prevention features. Solid vinyl is an approved, non-climbable pool barrier.

HOA and Neighborhood Rules

An HOA can be stricter than the city, and the stricter rule wins. Many associations set the style, height, and color you may use, and expect written approval before work begins. Read your CC&Rs early, because a rule you miss can mean tearing out a finished fence. The approval stays between you and your association.

When Does a Fence Need a Permit Here?

Permit rules turn on height and material, and they vary by jurisdiction. In the City of LA a non-masonry fence needs a building permit only above 10 feet, and a masonry wall over 3.5 feet always needs one; unincorporated LA County requires a permit over 6 feet. Because the threshold shifts city to city, treat this as a summary, not legal advice, and confirm with your local building department before you build.

Fencing in Greater Los Angeles: Your Questions

Quick, honest answers on the questions LA homeowners ask us most: how to pick a fence company you can trust, what actually drives the cost, whether your neighbor shares the bill, when a permit comes into play, and how to choose between vinyl and aluminum. If yours isn’t here, just ask.

Still have a question?

Call or message us for a free, no-pressure estimate this week.

Look for a properly credentialed contractor, real on-page reviews, and a written warranty on both material and labor.

By that measure, we carry a 5.0 rating from 500+ five-star clients, put the scope and cost in writing, and give a free, no-pressure estimate. Our credentials are in the footer.

Usually, yes. California’s Good Neighbor Fence Act (Civil Code section 841) presumes adjoining owners split a boundary fence’s reasonable cost equally, provided you give 30 days’ written notice first.

The split can be challenged if it would be unfair, and real disputes go to small claims.

The number moves with the linear feet, the height, the style and color, ground and slope conditions, gates, and old-fence removal. Some cities add a permit step.

We do not publish prices, because a real figure depends on your site, so a salesman measures and hands you a firm estimate for free.

Both are strong choices, and it usually comes down to budget and look. Vinyl is the budget-friendly option, great for privacy and warm colors, and it never needs paint.

Aluminum is the premium, modern line, with a crisp look and a powder-coated finish that resists rust. We’ll help you pick.

Often not. In the City of LA, a vinyl fence needs an LADBS building permit only above 10 feet, though it still has to fit the zoning cap, and unincorporated LA County requires one over 6 feet.

An HOA can add its own rules. Rules vary by city, so confirm with your local building department.
