I was very pleased with Pro Vinyl Fencing. I had an old, ugly, basement door that needed to be replaced. I had interviewed several companies and Pro Vinyl sent Mike out to measure and evaluate the problem and replacement cost. He was right on the monies I wanted to spend. He was patient and answered all my questions and was very detailed. Two days later the basement door was removed and replaced with a vinyl door and lock which was a much needed improvement to my property. Mike came out quickly, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made the measurements quickly and helped make a plan for how to make the privacy fence work for our patio. When I had some ideas to customize the fence, he stayed in contact and scheduled with me to come back for a second estimate. He and his partner worked through the logistics, and wrote me a second estimate for the custom features. The crew of two came out and completed the project in one afternoon. David and his partner came out and gave me a bid for 2 vinyl gates, they were both very thorough in measuring the openings and planning the installation, They provided me with the estimate on the spot and I found the price to be reasonable for what I was getting.. Once approved, it took about a week, the installer came out on a rainy day, but the rain stopped by the time he arrived, he was very courteous and recommended that one of the gates swing the opposite direction, which I fully agreed with him on, I liked that he asked and didn’t take it upon himself. Both gates were hung plumb, good bottom clearance, lock catches function perfectly, He also hauled my old rotting gates away, and cleaned up his mess real well.. I would definitely hire them again, Highly recommend!
