I can’t it enough how happy I am about the work that was provided by Pro Vinyl Fencing… They did an absolutely beautiful job!! I was so impressed by the speed of the work, the quality of material. The discount I received and the overall value!! Jasmine was great with organizing the job, even through the hiccup with the schedule. It all was made up by her steadfast composure as I expressed frustration during a problem that was totally out of her control. The men who worked on the project also made up for it all by their professionalism, quickness, and overall excellence in getting the job done in a timely yet effective manner. IMPORTANT: Custom fence panels, posts, gates, stiffeners and additional products cannot be returned as they are made-to-order. See full list of non-returnable items in our complete Return Policy before ordering.

Fence accessories may be returned within 30 days with RMA authorization and are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

To return eligible accessories, contact us at 844-744-0707 or sales@provinylfencing.com within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and documentation. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or incorrectly shipped items will be replaced or refunded at no charge when reported within 48 hours of delivery. For complete return policy details, including California Civil Code compliance and all terms and conditions, please view our full Return and Refund Policy on our website.

Shipping Policy

We deliver across LA County and nearby counties (Orange, Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino). Processing lead times: 1-10 panels (1-3 business days), 11-50 panels (5-7 business days), 51-100 panels (10-14 business days), 100+ panels (custom timeline). Large orders 500+ panels available throughout California.

Shipping costs calculated individually per order based on size and delivery location at market rates with no markup. Our drivers typically assist with unloading but customer responsible for receiving delivery. Inspect panels immediately upon arrival and report any damage within 24 hours to 844-744-0707.

Pickup Policy

Free pickup available at our Burbank facility located at 2070 Floyd St. during business hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, Saturday 10am-2pm, Sunday closed. Payment must be completed before fabrication begins. You’ll receive pickup notification when your custom panels are ready for collection at our location.

Bring valid ID and order confirmation for your pickup appointment. Thoroughly inspect all panels before leaving our facility and sign pickup receipt confirming condition. Contact us at 844-744-0707 for pickup scheduling and additional details. Ensure you have adequate transportation capacity for your complete panel order.
