Staff quickly accommodated and began my project in 2 days. Their prices are extremely fair without compromising quality work. The entire team communicated clearly, completed their project on time, and installed the fences in my backyard with great care. This team truly treated my project as if it were their own house. Fence accessories may be returned within 30 days with RMA authorization and are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

To return eligible accessories, contact us at 844-744-0707 or sales@provinylfencing.com within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and documentation. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We deliver across LA County and nearby counties (Orange, Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino). Processing lead times: 1-10 panels (1-3 business days), 11-50 panels (5-7 business days), 51-100 panels (10-14 business days), 100+ panels (custom timeline). Large orders 500+ panels available throughout California.

Shipping costs calculated individually per order based on size and delivery location at market rates with no markup. Our drivers typically assist with unloading but customer responsible for receiving delivery. Inspect panels immediately upon arrival and report any damage within 24 hours to 844-744-0707.

Pickup Policy

Free pickup available at our Burbank facility located at 2070 Floyd St. during business hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, Saturday 10am-2pm, Sunday closed. Payment must be completed before fabrication begins. You’ll receive pickup notification when your custom panels are ready for collection at our location.

Bring valid ID and order confirmation for your pickup appointment. Thoroughly inspect all panels before leaving our facility and sign pickup receipt confirming condition.
