We had to fix our fence urgently because we had turf work already scheduled. Kevin was able to do the onsite consultation and provide a quote the same day I inquired. The price for the work was very reasonable. Once I placed the deposit, Kevin worked with me to schedule the installation. He was very responsive snd helped us meet our deadline. We are very happy with our new fence!

Michael is the G.O.A.T. when it comes to fencing. Pro Vinyl Fencing was not only one of the cheapest but also best quality material used. Do not go with a sub contractor, they use overseas material that will warp and/or turn color after a few years. Pro Vinyl removed the old and installed the new fence in one day. Highly recommend these guys.

Fast and reliable service. Great Price. Loved the finished product. Beautiful job and the installers were very fast and cleaned up everything to perfection, including washing down the entire fence and gate with cleaner and water to make sure it was super clean before leaving. They were super nice and finished in a very short time. Love It!!!

IMPORTANT: Custom fence panels, posts, gates, stiffeners and additional products cannot be returned as they are made-to-order. See full list of non-returnable items in our complete Return Policy before ordering.

Fence accessories may be returned within 30 days with RMA authorization and are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

To return eligible accessories, contact us at 844-744-0707 or sales@provinylfencing.com within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and documentation. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or incorrectly shipped items will be replaced or refunded at no charge when reported within 48 hours of delivery. For complete return policy details, including California Civil Code compliance and all terms and conditions, please view our full Return and Refund Policy on our website.

Pickup & Shipping

Shipping Policy

We deliver across LA County and nearby counties (Orange, Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino). Processing lead times: 1-10 panels (1-3 business days), 11-50 panels (5-7 business days), 51-100 panels (10-14 business days), 100+ panels (custom timeline). Large orders 500+ panels available throughout California.

Shipping costs calculated individually per order based on size and delivery location at market rates with no markup. Our drivers typically assist with unloading but customer responsible for receiving delivery. Inspect panels immediately upon arrival and report any damage within 24 hours to 844-744-0707.

Pickup Policy

Free pickup available at our Burbank facility located at 2070 Floyd St. during business hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, Saturday 10am-2pm, Sunday closed. Payment must be completed before fabrication begins. You’ll receive pickup notification when your custom panels are ready for collection at our location.

Bring valid ID and order confirmation for your pickup appointment. Thoroughly inspect all panels before leaving our facility and sign pickup receipt confirming condition. Contact us at 844-744-0707 for pickup scheduling and additional details. Ensure you have adequate transportation capacity for your complete panel order.
