Tan Vinyl Side Gate

This Los Angeles property had an aging, light-colored side gate set between two masonry walls, sitting over an existing concrete passage that ran through the opening.

Our crew replaced it with a new tan vinyl privacy gate, fitted into that same opening between the two walls. The gate went in directly over the existing concrete passage, using the opening the masonry already provided rather than cutting a new one, so the surrounding blockwork was left untouched.

The passage now has a solid tan vinyl gate in place of the old one, sized to match the opening the two masonry walls had already established.

Nairi from ProVinyl Fencing quickly came over to give us an estimate. Once HOA approved, the crew came out and installed the new vinyl fence and removed all existing debris. We are all happy with our new fence and the price was reasonable compared to the other two quotes we got.

Before installation, a mismatched older gate panel stands between block walls amid stacked materials and stored items. Before After

The pedestrian side gate is measured to your actual passage and hung self-closing and self-latching.
