White Wall Topper, Sunland

This Sunland backyard was already enclosed by a bare block wall, with no old fence in the way to remove first. That existing masonry stayed in place as the structural base for the new privacy panels.

A white vinyl privacy wall topper went in continuously along the top of the wall. It adds height and coverage above the masonry without altering the wall underneath.

Because the block wall carried the structural load, the privacy addition didn’t require a new fence built from the ground up. The masonry stayed in place, now topped by a continuous run of white vinyl paneling.

Nairi was very professional and helpful with my fence toppers, and Chris the installer did an amazing job even through a bit of rain.
