White Vinyl Gate Replacement

This Santa Clarita property had an aging wood privacy gate that had reached the end of its service life. Our crew removed the old wood gate and replaced it with a white vinyl single gate topped with a vertical picket style, installed in February 2025.

The new gate had to fit an exact opening, running between the house and an existing masonry column, so the frame was built to that specific width rather than a standard size. Support for the gate was set at the soil line and again at the edge of the paved walkway that runs alongside it, anchoring the structure at both points.
