The finish on aluminum

Napa’s valley setting and neighborhoods
Napa is the county seat and largest city of Napa County, the gateway to Northern California’s wine country. The city was incorporated in 1872 and has run as a charter city since 1914, and its population sat around 76,921 as of 2024.
The Napa River runs straight through town, splitting the historic downtown and Riverfront district from the neighborhoods on either bank. Fence work here ranges from tight urban lots near the historic Goodman Library to wide suburban yards on newer streets.
From the valley floor to hillside lots

Corner lots, sight lines, and HOA rules
On a corner or driveway lot, Napa keeps a vision triangle clear near the intersection, with sight-distance limits set in Municipal Code section 10.32.020. A tall privacy fence that is fine mid-block may need to step down or sit back within that triangle, so check it before you settle on a height. If your community has an HOA, approval may be required before any fence goes in, worth confirming early too.
