One honest note for a neighborhood this close to the water: saltwater and coastal exposure are excluded from the aluminum warranty, and its finish must be washed on a documented six-month schedule to stay covered. For yards right along the harbor side, we’ll usually walk you toward vinyl instead, and save aluminum for lots set back from direct salt exposure.
