Artur Mnatsakanyan

Artur Mnatsakanyan founded Pro Vinyl and Aluminum Fencing and runs it as CEO. He has spent more than 10 years in the fencing industry, and he built this company from nothing into one that fabricates and installs across Greater Los Angeles and the Bay Area.

What he knows best is the product. Every vinyl and aluminum style the company makes, every color and configuration, and, just as important, how homeowners actually decide between them. That is the founder’s view of the business: not the tool in hand, but the choice a customer is trying to make and the questions they have not thought to ask yet.
