White Privacy Fence, Palmdale

This Palmdale property had an aging wood fence along the rear and side yards, and that fence came out to make way for the new install. In its place went a white vinyl privacy fence running the same rear and side boundary.

The yard here is not flat, so the fence line was built to follow the changing grade rather than step down in fixed sections. Posts were set directly in the soil between the houses to carry that line along the side yard.

With the old wood fence gone, the rear and side yards now share one continuous white vinyl privacy line that tracks the slope of the property instead of fighting it.
