White Privacy Fence, Simi Valley

This Simi Valley property had a decorative black metal side gate marking the passage between the house and the block wall. That gate came out to make way for a different kind of enclosure.

Our crew installed a white vinyl privacy fence with a matching gate in its place, closing off the same passage. The new fence and gate sit on the existing concrete and work around a narrow strip of soil along the edge, fitting into a tight space between the house and the wall.

The passage is now enclosed in a single white finish, fence and gate matching, in place of the black metal gate that stood there before.
