This Lakewood property had brown wood panels topping a block wall. In their place, our crew fixed a white vinyl privacy topper continuously along the top of the block wall, mounted directly to the masonry.
The existing arched wood gate built into the wall was retained and now sits beside the new white topper. The topper runs the length of the wall in one continuous line rather than broken into sections, keeping the top of the wall consistent from end to end.

This Lakewood property had an old side gate that needed replacing, along with a low masonry wall already forming part of the boundary line. Rather than tear out the existing wall, the project extended fencing along it.
Our crew installed a white vinyl privacy fence running along that low masonry boundary, adding both a single gate and a double gate across the concrete areas of the property. The old side gate is gone, and the property now has a continuous white vinyl line running alongside the masonry wall, with new gate access built into the concrete sections.
