Fence styles we build here

You have room to match the house, not settle for one panel. In vinyl that means solid privacy, privacy with a lattice or picket top, flat and scalloped pickets, and wall-toppers for an existing block wall. Aluminum comes in modern architectural styles, from full privacy to a more open picket. Gates match every style, and heights are custom, so a run can step from six-foot privacy to a low picket cleanly.

Holding up to salt air and bluff wind

Vinyl is PVC through and through, so it can’t rust and it won’t yellow in the sun. It’s the low-worry pick along the salt-heavy RPV and PVE coast. For lots that catch the wind off the bluffs and the Santa Ana gusts, we set metal inserts inside the vinyl: it looks vinyl outside, but there’s metal inside, and it takes any realistic wind this area gets.

Aluminum is the sharper modern look, with a 20-year material, 10-year coating, and 2-year steel-components warranty. One honest caveat: that warranty excludes saltwater and the coating needs cleaning every six months, so for the most exposed runs we lean vinyl.

Fencing steep and view lots

Much of the Peninsula sits on a grade, and a fence has to follow it cleanly. On a slope we can rack the panels, tilting each one to track the ground so the top line runs parallel with the hill, or step the fence down in even sections for a crisper look.

Racking keeps the bottom tight with no gaps; stepping trades that for clean horizontals. On a view lot the work is placement and height, placing it where it earns its keep without blocking the view.

Finishes on the Metal

A contoured slat removes the decision: matte black, nothing else. Every other profile takes one of three, white, a grain finish or black. All of it powder coat, oven cured and fused to the aluminum.
