They were timely, professional, thorough, and communicative. David who did the installation of the two gates skillfully installed them. Explained how the locks worked. I asked him to make adjust the closing mechanism and he did and also showed me how to make the adjustment if needed in the future.

David and his partner came out and gave me a bid for 2 vinyl gates, they were both very thorough in measuring the openings and planning the installation, They provided me with the estimate on the spot and I found the price to be reasonable for what I was getting.. Once approved, it took about a week, the installer came out on a rainy day, but the rain stopped by the time he arrived, he was very courteous and recommended that one of the gates swing the opposite direction, which I fully agreed with him on, I liked that he asked and didn’t take it upon himself. Both gates were hung plumb, good bottom clearance, lock catches function perfectly, He also hauled my old rotting gates away, and cleaned up his mess real well.. I would definitely hire them again, Highly recommend!

Extremely happy with the result. I am very nervous on House projects, as I have had bad experiences in the past. Pro Vinyl has exceeded my expectations. Starting with Jasmine in the office who I know I drove crazy with lots of questions and she patiently answered all of them. The installer was Chris and he was a one man machine, doing a fantastic job in every way. It was not the biggest project but it has made a HUGE difference and I could not be happier with the results. I have more fencing to be done when I have the funds and it will be Pro Vinyl who does the work!!
